Based in Canada, this full‑time remote position requires 7+ years of experience in solution architecture and delivery. In this role you will serve as the connective tissue between engineering teams, customers, and the wider business, managing engagements end‑to‑end and coordinating cross‑functional internal projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer engagements – manage multiple concurrent projects with senior enterprise customers, including scoping, planning, status reporting, change management, delivery, and renewal.
