Job Description

• • Coordinate statewide rollout of laptops, PCs and video conferencing equipment.
  • Deliver annual refresh programs for end‑user devices and VC assets.
  • Analyse and manipulate asset data to identify devices due for replacement.
  • Maintain accurate records across spreadsheets and enterprise systems (e.g. SAP).
  • Manage the return and decommissioning process for replaced assets.
  • Liaise with site contacts and project teams to schedule deployments and resolve issues.
