Job Description
Join a pivotal role as a Technical Quality Control Specialist in the Assistant Technical Manager capacity. You'll assist Property and Technical Managers in executing essential maintenance oversight and technical audits.
You'll be a crucial resource in supporting the oversight of Crown Owned and Government Department assets. With a focus on technical inspections, compliance evaluations, and corrective action implementations, your skills will help ensure the integrity of maintenance programs. Collaborating with the Property Management team, you will drive quality and compliance through thorough technical audits and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular technical audits on maintenance tasks
• Monitor deficiencies and ensure timely corrective actions
• Evaluate 3rd party vendor compliance
• Participate in investigations of non-conformances
• Present audit reports summarizing technical findings
Requirements:
