**ABOUT THIS POSITION**

Waystar is seeking a skilled and collaborative Technical Recruiter to support hiring across our engineering, data, and technology organizations. In this role, you will manage full lifecycle recruiting for technical positions while acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and business leaders. You will help shape recruiting strategy, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and strengthen Waystar’s employer brand in the tech market.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
