The LATAM Technical Recruiter will be responsible for identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, managing documentation, and staying up to date with employment laws and legislation in LATAM. Additionally, you will monitor new and existing employees and act as their advocate.
