Technical Recruiter

This is a remote position. Black & Grey HR is looking for a dynamic and driven Tech Recruiter with 12 years of recruitment experience handling a variety of technical roles across different industries and technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for technology positions and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced consultancy environment. Key Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across multiple clients - Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and database searches - Work on a wide range of tech roles including: Software Developers, Full Stack Engineers, Frontend & Backend Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA/Automation Testers, Data & Cloud Roles and/or Cybersecurity Roles - Understand technical job descriptions and client requirements - Conduct initial HR screening and candidate evaluations - Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candida...
