- Write and post technical job descriptions.
- Conduct end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Utilize specialized skills to screen IT resumes.
- Draft and send personalized recruiting emails to passive candidates.
- Conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants'' abilities.
- Analyze information and responses obtained during interviews.
- Verify applicant information, skills, and qualifications.
