Technical Recruiter Global Talent Acquisition

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. You will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and securing specialized technical talent across international markets. This position requires deep recruiting expertise, global market knowledge, and the ability to build strong partnerships with hiring teams to meet complex technical hiring needs.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for specialized technical roles across IT engineering, data science, infrastructure, and product management
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, tech communities, professional networks)
• Manage the complete candidate journey from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding
