Role Overview

As a Technical Recruiter, you will lead the sourcing, screening, and hiring of top-tier software developers and tech professionals for Turing Technologies' growing engineering and product teams. You'll work closely with technical team leads to understand role requirements, drive candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and product leaders to define role profiles and hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen technical candidates (CV review, phone screening, initial assessments).
• Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and manage candidate communication.
• Advocate Turing Technologies employer brand with candidates and external partners.
