Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social platforms
Screen and shortlist resumes; conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams
Maintain and update candidate data and hiring pipelines
Assist in employer branding efforts across digital platforms
Support offer rollouts and onboarding coordination
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (HR or related field preferred)
1-2 years of recruitment experience (tech industry experience is a plus)
