We are seeking a dynamic and organized Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles while supporting core HR part as well. The ideal candidate will balance talent acquisition responsibilities with employee lifecycle management, ensuring smooth hiring processes and effective HR administration.

Key Responsibilities Technical Recruitment

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and IT roles (Developers, DevOps, Data, Cloud, etc.)
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screenings
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records
• Negotiate offers and support pre-joining and onboarding activities
