What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end technical recruitment for IT roles
Source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and sourcing tools
Screen, assess, and shortlist tech candidates
Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and provide a seamless candidate experience
Understand technical roles, skills, and hiring trends
Manage multiple roles simultaneously and deliver against tight deadlines
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–4 years of experience in IT / technical recruitment
Strong familiarity with tech profiles and hiring trends
Experience with sourcing tools, job boards, ...
