Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates using a mix of job boards, social platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.), referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and evaluate technical fit in coordination with interview panels.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring or high-priority roles.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate workflow and ensure data accuracy.
- Partner with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to joining.
- Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and hiring best practices.
