Technical Recruiter

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
Source candidates using a mix of job boards, social platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.), referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and evaluate technical fit in coordination with interview panels.
Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring or high-priority roles.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate workflow and ensure data accuracy.
Partner with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to joining.
Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and hiring best practices.
