Technical Recruiter

Our Client is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with at least 2 years of LinkedIn recruiting and sourcing experience to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search.
• Conduct candidate outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills and experience.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
