Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a results-driven Technical Recruiter (APAC) to join our talent acquisition team onsite in Makati . In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across the Asia-Pacific region — including Software Engineering, Cloud/DevOps, Data, QA, Infrastructure, and Product Engineering.

You will partner closely with hiring managers and regional stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire top technical talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and interview plans
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and talent communities
