Technical recruiter

We are hiring Technical Recruiter to support our Fortune 500 clients in the US market who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, evaluating candidates for further submissions to their team leads for various open roles for their clients they are supporting across various skills. This role involves building a strong pipeline of candidates after understanding the job requirements, analysing the fitment of prospective candidates in terms of their areas of interest, experience, eligibility, location etc.
Location – Onsite (Noida)
Shift Timings: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST
Eligibility Criteria:
1+ years of experience in US Staffing serving clients across US.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Content-driven professionals who can speak with the candidates at length and brand the organization, sell the opportunity well.
