Job Description
We are looking for hands-on IT Recruiters to join our growing staffing team in Noida. The role involves working on diverse and fast-moving requirements from large IT service-based clients/Implementation partners.
This is a 100% onsite role and requires recruiters who can handle multiple technologies, priorities, and hiring models.
Key Responsibilities
Work on end-to-end IT recruitment for service-based clients
Handle mixed requirements across technologies (Java,. NET, Cloud, Data, ERP, Infrastructure, etc.)
Source candidates using Linked In, job portals, referrals, and internal databases
Screen, shortlist, and present candidates with clear recruiter-level evaluation
