What You’ll Do

• Own the pipeline: source, screen, and shortlist candidates across multiple roles using our ATS.
• Prioritize requisitions effectively based on business needs and hiring manager urgency.
• Maintain structured, data‑driven pipelines and clear documentation at every stage.
• Drive quality & accountability: manage relationships with recruitment agencies and freelancers, ensuring timely delivery and quality benchmarks.
• Proactively identify when we need better quality, more volume, or improved consistency and take action.
