Job Summary

We are looking for a local IT Recruiter based in Manila with hands-on experience hiring for the Philippines IT market. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing and closing local IT talent such as Data Engineers, Data Modelers, and other IT roles. This role will initially operate in a mid shift to support local hiring needs; however, the recruiter must be flexible to move to night shift and support US staffing requirements when local workload is low.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and submit candidates for local Philippines IT positions, including Data Engineer, Data Modeler, and other technical roles.
• Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and market mapping to attract local IT talent.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings, technical alignment checks, and salary discussions.
