Technical Recruiter - Poland

As Productiv continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced  Technical Recruiter  to support our expanding talent needs across EU and Latin America .

This role is central to building high-quality engineering teams while maintaining Productiv’s people-first, collaborative culture.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, understands regional nuances in technical hiring across Europe and LatAM, and takes a structured, data-driven approach to recruitment.

You will partner closely with hiring managers and delivery leads to attract, assess, and onboard top technical talent.
