We are seeking a performance driven Recruiter to deliver international engineering recruitment projects, managing candidates from first contact through to placement across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to placement and onboarding
• Manage concurrent engineering recruitment campaigns across multiple disciplines and seniority levels
• Deliver against agreed timelines, quality standards, and hiring outcomes
• Proactively manage risk, delays, and candidate drop‑off through the recruitment lifecycle

Engineering Candidate Sourcing & Market Mapping

• Design and execute sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill engineering roles
