Pre-requistion:-
Possess minimum Diploma In Business, Human Resource Management or equivalent
>3 years of hiring in-house or agency recruiting experience
Proven track records of hiring technical functions
Self-motivated, adaptable and able to deliver under pressure
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as a team player
Able to interact with all levels, internally and externally in a professional and responsive manner
Meticulous and attentive to details
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Diplomatic, discrete and able to keep confidentiality at all times

Manage full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Develop sourcing strategies across job portals, Linkedin, referrals, and direct reachout.
Participate and render support in campus recruitment, career fairs etc.
