Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical, functional, and business roles using multiple recruitment channels.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct candidate assessments, including technical evaluations and cultural fit interviews.
Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and compliance.
Maintain recruitment data, analyze hiring metrics, and prepare reports to drive process improvements.
For qualified candidates, we're looking for someone who has:
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role.
