Technical Recruitment Client Management

As 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be supervise the whole recruitment process that involves account management, business development, and building great relationships with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Build a sales prospect pool through careful applicants, Internet research, and networking.
• Ensure new business opportunities are developed through effective sales strategies, including but not limited to digital marketing, social media campaigning, events, self-lead generation, and other initiatives.
• Communicate with clients regarding specific job orders, candidate submittal, and other candidate matters (conference calls, etc.)
• Be responsive to clients’ inquiries and ability to resolve customer complaints.
• Seek, interview, assess, reference check, and place contract employees that satisfy the client's requirements.
