Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Min of 8 years' experience in Technical Recruitment with at least 5 years in a Head - Managerial leadership or management role.
• Experience in handling more than 100 recruiters & Teams
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across various industries and role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients andcandidates
• Much Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies
• Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and make informed decisions
