Technical Recruitment Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business, or Psychology (HEC recognized), or a technical degree (BS in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering).
• 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within IT services, semiconductors, or related technical fields.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms, particularly LinkedIn, job portals, and applicant tracking systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, with the ability to engage and negotiate with candidates effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: drafting job descriptions, posting roles, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and executing offers.
