Job Description

The Technical Sales Representative is responsible for assisting the Area Sales Managers with calling on prospective customers/target accounts and evaluating and providing technical support to Key, New and Existing account customers.
Ensure customer quality and service expectations are met.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and process development.
Reduce customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
Support sales, margin, and volume growth targets.
Share market insights, competitive data, and product updates with sales teams.
Deliver technical expertise in wood, metal, and plastics coatings.
Manage product trials, audits, and specifications approval processes.
Collaborate with laboratories and support continuous product improvement.
