Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development:
Identify opportunities, qualify leads, and drive them through the sales process to achieve business targets.
Technical Consultation:
Understand product applications, provide recommendations, and communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
Customer Support & Training:
Act as a front-line technical support resource, developing and delivering product/industry training to both internal teams and clients.
Pre-Sales & Project Support:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to support pre-sales activities, bid proposals, and custom solution designs.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with clients, address technical inquiries, and ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving complaints effectively.
Quality & Compliance Coordination:
Drive and coordinate product quality concerns with internal teams at HQ and external stakeholders.
