Technical Sales Consultant

What You Will Do:
In this field-focused, relationship-driven role, you will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with growers and distributors
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Provide on-farm technical guidance on substrate use and crop performance
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer success
Represent the brand at grower days, trade shows, and industry events
Travel extensively and manage your schedule independently
What They are looking for
B.Sc. in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field (minimum requirement)
1-5 years' experience in crop production, agronomy, horticultural inputs, or technical sales
Knowledge of growing media or substrates beneficial
Excellent communication and strong relationship-building skills
Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable working independently
Willingness to travel
Tech savvy with strong reporting discipline
Sales experience is an advantage
