Technical Sales Engineer

Job Description

This position is primarily responsible for providing technical assistance/services to the Sales Team and for the development of the business through different technical researches for new products, preparation of technical data sheets, catalogs, presentation materials, cable design and cable construction drawings, and cable applications and installations.

Responsibilities

• PRODUCT APPLICATIONS : Conduct Value Engineering (VE) studies for existing and new products wiring applications; provide technical support to customers and Sales Team regarding wire and cable product specifications, cable constructions and applications; review customers’ requirements and applications, and recommend appropriate product solutions; prepare technical and product information needed by sales team and customers related to electrical characteristics of cables, ampacities, product packaging and installation guides and procedures.
