Technical Sales Engineer

Industrial Controls Systems Inc. (ICON) specializes in the Design, Supply, Installation, & Commissioning of Premier Equipment.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer's need
Maintaining the existing account being provided and establish relationship with the clients
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential clients
Client Prospecting and set a meeting with the newly contacted clients
Prepare the bid quotation/proposal and submit formal quotation/proposal
Maintain proper coordination of pre-sales activities up to after sales activities with the engineering and services and application team.
Provide status of ongoing project and future projects
Keep management informed by submitting activity, results, weekly reports and work plans

Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems together with the engineering team
