Technical Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer supports the sales team by providing technical expertise during the pre-sales and solution-design stages. This role bridges client requirements with engineered cold storage and refrigeration solutions, ensuring technical accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with commercial objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Executives to provide technical consultation by analyzing client requirements and recommending appropriate cold storage and refrigeration solutions
• Support Sales Executives during technical presentations, client meetings, and negotiations
• Conduct on-site client visits to assess technical requirements, facility conditions, and operational needs
