Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive solar product sales.
• Provide post‑sale customer support after installation and operation phases.
• Work independently to meet individual sales targets and manage a team of sales engineers.
• Visit sites, preparing and delivering technical proposals, including system designs and cost estimates.
• Assist cross‑functional team with procurement and installation of solar equipment.
• Conduct site assessments and recommend customized solar solutions.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth execution of solar projects.
• Proven experience in sales, particularly within the solar energy or renewable energy sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools like SketchUp, Helioscope or PVsyst, etc.
