Technical Sales Manager

This role combines technical expertise, sales leadership, and project management to drive business growth, strengthen distributor networks, and deliver customized industrial solutions—particularly in compressed air systems and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell industrial products such as air compressors and system solutions
• Support and manage distributors and dealers in daily sales activities
• Find and develop new customers and business opportunities
• Talk directly with customers, consultants, and contractors to understand their needs
• Recommend technical solutions that fit customer requirements
• Conduct energy audits to show cost and efficiency benefits
