Technical Sales Manager - Mexico

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**- Develop and manage a results driven sales team.
- Develop growth strategy/targets for assigned product line (in conjunction with applicable Sales Manager(s) for each Regional Sales/Account Manager.
- Coordinate commercial and technical details with promotion, demonstration, sale and deliverables for product lines(s) both pre- and post-sale.
- Develop and help facilitate product line training for assigned product line(s); and in accordance with Corporate training guidelines.
- Field travel required to support costumers, sales team, and overall product line growth/development.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**- Familiar with manufacturing practices, sanitation and industrial environment.
- Large scale food manufacturing.
- Solutions provider - ability to review processes and make recommendations on equipment and components needed for them to process the raw materials.
