As the Technical Sales Manager for the Upper Midwest region covering Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin, you’ll have the chance to establish and grow ICL's Growing Solutions business from the ground up. This role will require an entrepreneurial mindset and will be responsible for building and growing the sales of the crop nutrition portfolio including granular, water-soluble, controlled release, and liquid fertilizers. This will include customer relationship management from the distributor to retailer and grower level and a broad portfolio of ICL products. This role will work closely with product portfolio managers, agronomy, marketing, and sales operations to ensure a positive customer experience and the highest level of commercial excellence.
