About the Role
The role focuses on farmer engagement, field demonstrations, crop trials, dealer relationship management, market development, and supporting sustainable business growth in the assigned territory.
Responsibilities :
Drive farmer engagement through field visits, crop demos, farmer meetings, and dealer training sessions
Collaborate with the sales team to accelerate product adoption, strengthen dealer networks, and support business growth
Execute crop trials and collect field-level performance data
Identify market gaps and support demonstration activities in high-potential territories
Build strong relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, and internal sales teams
