Technical Sales Project Manager for Interior Fitting & Layout

Based in Geneva, BIDA SA is looking for a dynamic technical sales project manager to join our interior fitting and shop layout company. This role is central to ensuring coordination, quality of our deliverables, and commercial development.

Your role:

You will take responsibility for coordinating fitting projects as well as commercial development in French-speaking Switzerland.

Main tasks:

• Management and coordination of fitting projects from client request to final delivery,
• Coordination with the technical study, production, and assembly teams,
• Management of schedules, budgets, and adherence to deadlines,
• Strengthening and developing existing client relationships,
• Actively prospecting new clients,
• Participation in commercial activities: market analysis, determination of commercial strategies, early detection of projects.
