Technical Sales Representative

Job Purpose:To generate new leads and sales opportunities and working with existing customers by providing technical support and business assistance to grow ADM Animal Nutrition business in the assigned territory.Your Responsibilities:

• Executes all sales and marketing strategies as mandated by immediate management.
• Provides technical assistance to all product users in both pre-set schedule or on call service.
• Closely monitors the sales of all dealers/sub-dealers and users in your assigned area and ensures that all target quotas are met.
• Ensures the consistent supply of ADM Animal Nutrition products in your assigned territory and ensure that the Minimum Retail Price (MRP) is strictly implemented.
• Monitors both physical appearance and product performance of all products from store outlets to end-users. Taking note of all changes/complaints and reporting them immediately to your immediate supervisor and concerned department.
