Technical Sales Representative - Flavor

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned area

- Promote and present principal's products to existing and potential customers

- Develop and maintain strong customer visits to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback and address inquiries or concerns

- Monitor and benchmark competitor pricing, strategies and market activities

- Propose product pricing aligned with approved cost structures and management guidelines

- Coordinate with the Credit and Collection Department to monitor receivables and assist in managing aged account

- Assist inventory monitoring to ensure stock levels remain within buffer requirements

- Contribute ideas to improve sales performance, marketing strategies and business growth

- Attend seminar, trainings and self development programs to strengthen technical and marketing capabilities
