Technical Sales Representative- Flavor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned area

• Promote and present principal's products to existing and potential customers

• Develop and maintain strong customer visits to ensure satisfactio, gather feedback and address inquiries or concerns

• Monitor and benchmark competitor pricing, strategies and market activities

• Propose product pricing aligned with approved cost structures and management guidelines

• Coordinate with the Credit and Collection Department to monitor receivables and assist in managing aged account

• Assist inventory monitoring to ensure stock levels remain within buffer requirements

• Contribute ideas to improve sales performance, marketing strategies and business growth

• Attend seminar, trainings and self development programs to strengthen technical and marketing capabilities
