Job Description

  • Technical Sales / Account Manager – electromechanical, interconnect, PCB, power
  • Strong hunter mindset – proven net-new business development
  • 5–8 years in technical sales or engineering-facing roles
  • Experience selling into OEMs, contract manufacturers, engineering teams
  • Ability to engage engineers and lead technical discussions credibly
  • Design-in / solution-based selling experience preferred
  • Track record growing accounts and expanding customer penetration
  • Experience with component manufacturers or rep firm environments
  • Mechanical aptitude – able to read and interpret drawings
  • Working knowledge of electrical principles (interconnects, PCB, power)
  • Bilingual French & English required (Montreal market)
  • Comfortable owning and growing an underserved / greenfield territory
  • Strong relationship builder across engineering, procurement, stakeholders
