Job Description

• Execute all sales and marketing strategies as mandated by your immediate management.
• Closely monitor the sales growth of all dealers / sub‑dealers and users in your assigned area, ensuring all target quotas are met.
• Ensure strict implementation of the Minimum Retail Price.
• Coordinate local government and agricultural officials for all local activities in accordance with company marketing programs.
• Maintain a constant and consistent supply of products across the assigned distribution network.
• Monitor product appearance and performance from store outlets to end users; report changes or complaints immediately to your area supervisor/manager.
