**Job Description**

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Develop and execute the growth strategy for LCQQQ business across China.
+ Drive pipeline creation through close collaboration with commercial teams, marketing, business units, and regional sales organizations.
+ Identify, prioritize, and support high-value opportunities to accelerate pipeline conversion and improve order closure.
+ Partner with regional sales teams to strengthen opportunity qualification, account planning, and deal execution discipline.
+ Provide hands-on coaching to sales and technical teams on customer application needs, product positioning, objection handling, and competitive strategy.

**Qualifications**

+ Master’s degree or below in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Analytical Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
