Technical Sales Specialist

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or any other medical course
• Having a professional license is an advantage
• Previous experience in Sales or as Medical Sales Representative is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, both in verbal and written
• Previous experience in cosmetic and food supplement manufacturing is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Addresses client inquiries and resolved issues promptly and efficiently
• Conduct consultations to understand clients' specific skincare needs and offer customized product recommendations
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales transactions
