Technical Sales Specialist

As Technical Sales Specialist, you will be assigned under one of our companies, BH Laboratories Inc.

Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the buying process and close sales by offering clear, professional, and helpful advice.
• Engage with potential and existing customers (online, over the phone, or in person) to explain product offerings, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries generated by marketing campaigns, events, or referrals.
• Develop a strong understanding of skincare and cosmetic formulation principles, active ingredients, manufacturing processes, and product performance attributes.
• Collaborate with Technical Marketing to ensure product claims, positioning, and marketing materials accurately reflect scientific data and regulatory guidelines.
