Job Description

                    
Work closely with the manager to achieve commercial, sales, and profit margin objectives, in line with company strategies and procedures.

Build, develop, and maintain strong technical business relationships with dairy farms, feed producers, distributors, and key influencers in the market.

Identify and recommend marketing initiatives to support the current product portfolio in Türkiye.

Oversee new product/application introductions by conducting local field trials and collaborating with the marketing team on promotional strategies.

Stay informed about industry news, regulations, and trends in the ruminant sector that could impact the business.

 Array 
University degree in Animal Science and Production, Veterinary Medicine, Agronomy, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the animal nutrition and/or agricultural sector, with documented achievements.
