Salary Package:

• ₱21,000 Basic
• ₱2,200 Non-Taxable Allowance
• ₱2,000 Performance Bonus
• Unlimited Commissions (monthly, performance-based)

About the Role

We are hiring Technical Sales Specialists for a US-based Smart Home Security account. This role combines sales, customer engagement, and technical product support in a fast-paced BPO environment.

If you have solid sales experience and can confidently communicate with US customers, this is your opportunity to earn above-base income through commissions.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience in a BPO setup
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
