Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Specialsit at iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc., located in Taguig. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via voice and non-voice platforms, addressing customer concerns effectively, providing exceptional customer experience, and ensuring satisfaction. The role requires timely and efficient resolution of issues to maintain and enhance client relationships.
